McMaster Ukrainian Students’ Association (MUSA) in Hamilton held its annual volleyball tournament last weekend. The association hosted teams consisting of various university student groups and other Ukrainian groups.
There was a competitive (winners Da Bomb Squad) and recreational division (winners St. Joseph’s Volleyball Team), both of which had finals and playoffs.
Medals were also presented for best team costume and MVP for members of both divisions. After exercising all day, 220 players and guests attended a zabava at the Ukrainian Cultural Centre in Hamilton with band Zapovid.
