Today I would like to share with you a way to invest in today’s very exciting and profitable Real Estate market. What I am referring to is the so called “Syndicated Mortgage”.

The Syndicated mortgage is simply an investment strategy where several investors combine funds together to create one mortgage. The investment allowes for a wide range of projects to gain the required funding, but each investor is individually registered and secured. This means that the principal amount invested by each entity is FULLY secured as a mortgage against the subject property development project.

One of the great benefits of such an investment is that the investor enjoys a steady interest on their principal and when available, receives a deferred lender fee at the end of the term.
