UNF Foundation Continues to Help Community

UNF Foundation, Toronto.

President Taras Rohatyn and the Directors of the Board of the UNF Foundation, are pleased to announce that they have provided a Grant to The Ukrainian War Veterans Association, (an affiliate organization of the UNF of Canada Inc.), through their partnership with the UNF education and recreation society in assisting them with their upcoming event honoring the Canadian Forces for their contribution to stability in Eastern Europe and improving Ukraine’s military capability on Operations UNIFIER and Reassurance, due on April 27, at the UNF Hall in Toronto.

Recently, the UNF Foundation in partnership with The UNF Education and Recreation Society have also given Grants to Ridna Shkola’s of UNF Branches in Regina and UNF West Toronto to cover costs of year end concerts and to modernize classroom equipment.
The UNF Foundation and the UNF Recreation and Education Society also recently made a Grant to The Ukrainian Bandurist Chorus to help them establish a legacy fund for their 100th Anniversary. This fund is a capacity building initiative that the UBC will utilize to carry out its mission towards its 200-year anniversary.

Additionally, with the help of the UNF Foundation in partnership with the Education and Recreation Society, a Grant was given to the UNF Ridna Shkola to place a children’s page in the New Pathway monthly.
